The User grants Turaworld an o-exclusive licence, transferable to third parties, free of economic compensation, to exploit all the Intellectual Property rights transmissible on the Content that is transmitted to us (“User Content”), granting us especially – but not only – the right to use, reproduce, transform, publicly communicate and distribute this content for all possible purposes, especially – but not only – for the purposes of (i) displaying it on our website or (ii) distributing it electronically or by other means to other users. This license is irrevocable, with the maximum duration permitted by law and with worldwide scope.

4. Contracting our Services
To contract any of the services offered by Turaworld through the Website, you have to register previously through the sign in procedure for the creation of a user account, providing the personal data required for its processing.
7. Third-party links
Turaworld is not liable for the web pages of third parties that are accessible from the Website; nor for the accuracy, veracity and validity of the information that is not of its own making, whose contents belong to sources of information of third parties outside Turaworld.
Nevertheless, by virtue of article 17 of the Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, of services of the society of the information and of electronic commerce, when TURAWORLD, S.L. Sociedad Uni-personal has evidence of the illegality of such contents or links, it commits itself to suppress or to make unusable these links, as well as the retirement or, in its case, blockade of those contents that could be illicit or infringe rights of third, in agreement with articles 11 and 16 of the same Law.
Neither will the company be responsible for any damages that may occur due to faults or incorrect configuration of the software installed on the Internet user’s device. Any responsibility for any technical incident or failure that occurs when the user connects to the Internet is excluded. Likewise, no guarantee is given for the inexistence of interruptions or errors in access to the Website.
Turaworld reserves the right to update, modify or eliminate the information contained on its Site, such as its configuration or presentation, at any time without assuming any responsibility for it.
8. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rules of mandatory compliance and the extrajudicial procedures to which the parties voluntarily submit.
If any provision of these conditions is deemed invalid by a competent court, the parties shall agree that the court shall attempt to give effect to the will of the parties in the manner reflected in the provision, all without prejudice to the full right and validity of the remaining provisions.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
Notwithstanding the above, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the extrajudicial online disputes resolution through electronic contracting (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/) to which the parties may voluntarily submit themselves, through the intervention of the so-called Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as a neutral intermediary between the two parties.
